Based on the feeding method, it can be divided into: gravity type (upper pot), siphon type (lower pot), and pressure feeding type (external pressure tank or pump)
Based on atomization methods, spray guns can be categorized into high-pressure spray guns, medium-pressure spray guns, and HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray guns
According to their functions, they can be divided into topcoat spray guns, primer spray guns, and small repair spray guns, etc
DESCRIPTION
Spray guns are widely used in paint spraying in fields such as automobile repair and painting, furniture, construction, and model making. They are also used in agricultural spraying of pesticides, industrial spraying of glue, cleaners, and special scenes such as makeup and food decoration.
When spraying, the spray gun should be kept perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece. The gun distance is generally 15–20 cm, the moving speed is about 300–500 mm/s, and the spray width overlaps about 50%–80%. The trigger should be pulled while moving and avoid spraying in a stationary state to ensure a uniform coating without sagging.
