hydraulic puller
According to the number of claws, it can be divided into two-claw and three-claw pullers
According to structural forms, hydraulic pullers can be divided into: integrated hydraulic pullers (where the pump and the puller are integrated), split hydraulic pullers (where the pump and the puller are separated), and vehicle-mounted hydraulic pullers (with a mobile trolley), etc
DESCRIPTION
Main purpose
The hydraulic puller is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod, a hook seat, a hook, an oil return valve stem and a handle. When working, the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the cylinder, pushing the piston rod forward in a straight line, and the hook seat drives the hook back through the thread, thereby exerting tensile force on the workpiece. Its principle is based on Pascal's law: The liquid pressure in the closed container is equal everywhere, generating high pressure through the small-area piston, and forming a huge pulling force on the large-area piston.
