PPR National standard equal diameter elbow
PPR material is non-toxic, hygienic, and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals
The Vicat softening point is about 131.5 ℃, and the long-term use temperature can reach 70 ℃, and the short-term use temperature can reach 95 ℃
Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of that of steel pipes
Using hot melt or electric melt connection
DESCRIPTION
There are many types of PPR pipe fittings, which can be divided into the following categories according to their functions:
•Thru (direct): Connect two PPR pipes of the same diameter or different diameters to achieve linear extension or diameter reduction.
•elbow: To change the direction of the pipeline, common 90° elbows, 45° elbows, climbing bends, large arc bends, etc.
•Three links, four links: Used for diverting or converging flows, including equal diameter tees, reducing tees, downstream tees, cross crosses, etc.
•Reducer (big and small heads): Connect PPR pipes of different diameters to meet flow and pressure changes.
•Pipe caps and plugs: Used to seal the ends of pipes to prevent water leakage or foreign matter from entering.
•Union, flange: It is easy to disassemble and repair, and is mostly used to connect to valves, equipment, etc.
•valve: Including ball valves, stop valves, etc., used to control water flow and interruption.
•Threaded pipe fittings: One end is a PPR hot melt interface, and the other end is an internal thread or external thread, used to connect to metal pipe fittings, valves, faucets, etc.
PPR pipe fittings are widely used in:
•Building hot and cold water supply system (tap water, water heater, shower, etc.) ;
•Central heating and room heating systems (floor heating, radiators, etc.) ;
•Purified water, mineral water, gray water and other drinking water systems ;
•Central air conditioning system, industrial fluid transportation (compressed air, general corrosive media, etc.) ;
•Agricultural irrigation, chemical pipeline network and other industrial fields.
